Ingredients:
1. 1 cup peanut butter
2. 1 cup sugar
3. 1 egg
4. 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
5. Hershey Kisses
( I usually double this)
Instructions:
Mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir
together until sugar is completely mixed throughout the peanut butter.
Form cookie dough into small round balls and place on a baking sheet.
Press gently on the top of the cookie with a fork to slightly flatten.
Bake cookies at 350* for 12-15 min.
After removing cookies from oven, slightly cool and top with a Hershey
Kiss. (You will want the cookies to still be warm when the Kiss goes on
top)
